 Mutton Curry

Mutton Curry

Ingredients.
500g cubed mutton
1 medium onion
3 tablespoons medium curry paste
1 tin chopped tomatoes
100ml water

Method.
1. Brown the mutton and onion in a deep pan.
2. Add the curry paste, stir in well cook for a minute longer.
3. Add the tinned tomatoes, simmer for at least 2 hours.

The flavour of this dish is improved the longer you cook it, mine simmers away for at least four hours on the lowest heat.
Serve with rice and naan bread - delicious.
